“Beautiful Area”

Response from the owner The plumbing had been fixed the week before this guest arrived. Then the morning the guests preceeding this guest departed, they reported that there was a problem with the plumbing in that bathroom. We turned off the water that morning and asked a third party, plumber to go and check it out. They reported that there was not a problem and they had left the water to that toilet on. When the resort maintence went to the unit and shared partial and wrong informaton, they did turn the toilet off again. We were told and discovered it was correct, that the problem was not from our unit but from the stack. Although that is a resort issue not one specific to our unit, we know that the problem was corrected. We are sorry about the confusion and inconvenience the guests encountered. There is a television in the living room and in the master bedroom. If a decision is made to put one in the bunk room, we will be sure that it is reflected on the listing. Thank you for complimenting the condo, we have worked hard to create a beautiful condo and take pride in the fact that it is kept clean. Even though they are all in operation, the size of the resort can cause the wait for them to be long at times. We are sorry about the delay.
