Spacious traditional stone house located centrally in Dufftown Speyside known for its scenery walks fishing and Dufftown being the whisky capital of the world
This property is near to the shops bars and distilleries.
Ideal base as Inverness, Aberdeen and Aviemore are only an hour away. It is also close to coast which has some beautiful beaches and small fishing villages.

“Perfect weekend”
Cottage is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. The decking area with hot tub and seating is amazing ! Will definitely return.

“Outstanding stay”
Cannot fault our stay here. I visited with 2 friends and we had the best time. The service from the owner was outstanding. We had previously stated that we wanted to use the hot tub and when they realised it was raining they phoned and offered to come and cover the area to allow us to continue to use it. Excellent price too. We will definitely be back. Definitely recommended.

“Perfect retreat”
We could only book one night away and wish we could have stayed longer - visited with our toddler who loved the cottage, and surrounding area. Local playpark was good for him as well as the huge back green. When he was safelly tucked up in bed, we enjoyed the hot tub and a nice meal - the cottage has everything you need equipment wise for cooking and baking. We'll try to visit again, perhaps bringing a couple of friends and hopefully being able to sample more of the local area - whisky tours etc. While we couldn't meet Ann properly due to Covid restrictions, we did have a ten minute conversation with Gary and he was very friendly and helpful.

“Little piece of quiet heaven”
Loved this cottage and a lovely space for our toddler too. Thoroughly recommended if you are looking for a place away from hustle and bustle to relax.

“Fantastic holiday home.”
Booked this holiday home for myself, my husband and our 3 children. The owners of the property were very helpful from the moment we enquired about booking all the way through the process. Lovely people very friendly and helpful even when we were staying at the property. The property it’s self is fantastic it was immaculate all the way through. Very clean and well presented. They have thought of everything even down to leaving some outdoor games for our children to enjoy. Fantastic!! The en-suite was a bonus aswell. The hot tub is fantastic and lovely to sit in in the evening with the lights on in the hot tub. The kids loved it. We will definitely be booking this property again. All round fantastic.
