Description

Private Gated Home, guest house with two master-suites, 1 king, 1 queen. Tile and pergo throughout. Great room features stainless appliances including gas cook top range, microwave, dishwasher and fridge; coffee-maker, waffle-maker, toaster-oven and all the accessories to cook whatever you wish. Laundry room with full size washer/dryer. King suite has his/hers sinks. Both bathrooms feature natural stone large walk-in showers.

Relax in front of the wide-screen TV or sit pool-side. On cool evenings enjoy a fire in the outdoor fireplace.

Swim, sun, relax in the spacious backyard surrounded by trees, including plenty of fruit to pick and enjoy. In October pick fresh pomegranate, in January enjoy sweet pink grapefruit, oranges, tangelos, tangerines, lemons and limes. In the spring there are apricots, peaches and plums; in the early summer apples and figs.

Large drive accommodates multiple vehicles or even an RV; hook-ups can be accommodated for separate fee.

How do damage deposits work?
