Description

Cottage is located in a quiet cove on Randall Lake (lake is connected to 7 miles of lakes and connects to Coldwater River). Only 2 miles from Coldwater. Cottage offers a large full glass front room for relaxing to read while viewing the lake or relax outside in front on patio under 2 large shade trees for those hot summer days. In the morning, watch the sunrise over the water while sipping your coffee. At night watch the moon reflect off the lake while sitting by a campfire in the sand area by the lake. On rainy days watch cable TV inside or surf the internet. Large front yard for volleyball etc.. Paddle boat, 14' alum fishing boat (oars only) and 3 kayaks are available. Pontoon rental in season is available. On the water enjoy fishing, tubing, skiing, swimming or site seeing. Shopping interest include Outlet Malls (near Toll Road 80-90) and antiques in Allen, Mich. In Coldwater go to nostalgic places like A&W Drive-in w car hops, Tibbits Opera House for plays or outside try a Drive-in Movie theater or for kids Paintball and Go-carts. Cottage is located 1/2 mile from public boat launch and 1/2 a mile from the beautifull Coldwater Golf Club public 18 hole and Restaurant or try famous Bill's Steakhouse towards Bronson. FireKeepers Casino in Battle Creek is just 20 miles away. On weekends get a train ride on steam engine (see pictures in Tripadvisor under Coldwater). Race fans are welcome for Michigan Speedway ( MIS ) in Brooklyn (50mins). Lakes have large mouth bass, bluegill, croppie and pike. Winter rental also available for ice fishing or deer hunting.

Getting around

Fisherman can find BAIT on Union City Rd. (The road you came in on from 69) Country Cove Store on Craig Lake. They also have hand dipped ice cream. You can get there by car or boat they are up a small channel of water.

Please tell me the nature of your stay and where you are from. Three children count as 1 adult. If you want a shorter stay just request how many days in your booking request. In 2021 I will be updating my cottage, new shower so ask statues before you book. The work will be done between bookings. During your stay construction if in process will be removed. “Good little lake cottage”

Good little space for a couple. Was cold that week, so we needed extra blanket, but also was December. The view was amazing with an iced lake and snow. Only issue was the very tiny shower.
