Very nice updated 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath downstairs condo with lake view.

Maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Amenities at Shorewalk Vacation Villas include 2 heated community pools, 2 Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, ping pong table, shuffle board , a children's playground, 2 over sized gas BBQ grills and pool billiard. All amenities are free. The property is only 5 miles away from the soft white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key. The IMG Academy is 5 driving minutes away. Shorewalk Vacation Villas is a great location to take advantage of everything that Sarasota, Bradenton has to offer and of course the beaches on Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key. In addition to strolling the beach or biking on the island, you can enjoy all of the cultural activities, shops and great restaurants in the area. At the end of the day, listen to the gentle breezes of the swaying palms and enjoy the spectacular sunsets as you unwind with your favorite beverage. The Property is ideally situated close to all Shops, Restaurants, Bars and local amenities. Water sports are close by with endless activities for all the family, from Kayaking to Jet Ski rentals, why not try out a guided Dolphin Watch tour either by Boat or Jet Ski. The Beaches of Venice are a short drive South, Venice is famous for the Ringling Brothers Circus winter home, and kids will love searching for Sharks Teeth on the beach. Sarasota also offers the Ringling Museum of Art, Mote Marine Aquarium and a host of other activities. For Beaches Siesta Key is always worth a visit, each year Siesta Key Beach is crowned the beach with the Worlds Whitest Sand. Or try Kayaking at Mayakka River State Park, a Greta day out for all the Family.
