LUXURY RENTAL: Fully furnished waterfront home with 3 bedrooms (sleep 8: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa), 2 bathrooms, on salt water canal. Everything brand-new!! Private, covered & heated swimming pool (15 feet X 34 feet) with private dock, in quiet neighborhood, few minutes from Port Charlotte Beach Complex. Fishing, tennis, golf, bocce nearby. Includes all utilities, cable TV, internet with WiFi. Landlord provides towels, linens, cookwares, grill, utensils, cups, dishes, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and other items as commonly used by the Landlord's family.

How do damage deposits work?
