Description

Waterscape condominiums has a wonderful coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. Imagine one of the area's most luxurious beachfront condominiums with every amenity desired, plus three beautiful blue swimming pools, waterfall and a lazy river. This lovely decorated unit has a king size bed, bunk area with TV's, stainless steel appliances, sofa bed, new flooring and beach chairs, wifi, Amazon Prime and Netflix. You will love the 4th floor view from the balcony

Upper Courtyard pool and two large hottubs are heated and open during colder months.

We do not offer any military or other discounts. Applicable last minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates. -You pay full amount to confirm your reservation. Please check applicable cancellation policy below-

The unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. There are additional fees for 5th and 6th guest so please make sure you enter the correct guest count at the reservation. We provide guest poll wristbands for the party size in the unit.

We do a credit card authorization of $300 as a security/damage deposit, one day before check-in, but never charge your credit card. We automatically release this authorization hold one day after check-out. -This item may be stated as "deposit paid at the property" in the quote-

We are in the "B" Area overlooking to the Waterscape Courtyard!

We offer discounted long term (snow bird rates) stay during Dec-Jan-Feb in this property. This discount is already built-into the price.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

If you reached us through vrbo/homeaway/expedia you will have to book through that channel as we do not accept direct bookings when approached through those channels. For repeat guests we may provide our vacationsatdestin site.

Cleaning and linen fees are included in our pricing either under "Resort Fee" or "Property Association fee". The longer you stay, the less rent you pay per night since the Resort fee is averaged over your stay.

There is no road to pass. We are directly on the beach.

Our similar other unit's VRBO listing numbers are given at the end of this description. You may check those if your dates do not show availability.

Our check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

We do not offer beach service, however we provide quality beach chairs and umbrella in the unit that you may use at the beach. You may also rent beach chairs from beach vendor if you so wish.

The unit has great resort and ocean views from the balcony. Bunk beds are custom built and we placed memory foam very comfortable mattress to sofa and bunk beds.

Please note that Waterscape Resort has a heated pool and heated two large hot tubs open throughout the year. However other pools and waterfalls may be under maintenance during off season (November-February)

The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures.

All mattresses are upgraded and are very comfortable. Even the sofa bed has a 5 inch memory foam cool gel mattress.

We provide Pack n' Play for kids.Pack n' Play does not have a mattress or linens in the unit.

Two adult size beach chairs, and a beach umbrella are stored in the condo and available for the use of our guests

We offer a combination Keurig and regular coffee brewing machine. Please bring coffee and filters.

Take in the fresh Gulf air while overlooking the spectacular landscaped split-level courtyard... a 10,000 sq. ft. water park perfect for sun bathing, swimming and people-watching. You are always just a few steps to the pools.

Whether it's a splash in the main pool with it's stunning 10' waterfall, zero entry point and kids rope challenge, a float on the LAY-Z-RIVER, a dip in the quieter upper pool or playing with your toddler in the kiddie splash pad zone, Waterscape has it all.

Enjoy the convenience of the cabana style snack bar serving sandwiches, snacks and cocktails. Or fire up one of the gas grills for a family Bar-B-Q poolside. Resort sponsored children's activities add to the fun. You may also enjoy the state-of-the art fitness center set behind the waterfall with a view of all the action. Or relax in an over-sized hot tub nestled in its own private arbor. Conference room, kids' game room and secure covered parking are also available.

This is an updated unit overlooking to the courtyard with awesome views. We are in the "B" area with easy access from covered parking as well as to the pools and the beach. You will love this unit's location and great ocean views from the balcony. We have new washer/dryer and designer bunk beds with TV.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
