Description

This is a DROP DEAD gorgeous unit available for weekly rentals. Top Floor, Unit. 2-bedroom, 2-bath that is fully remodeled. It is very tastefully furnished with pillow top mattresses in the bedrooms and white Italian Leather sofas in the living room. There are LCD TV's in both the master bedroom and living room. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean and the heated pool from the spacious balcony. The condo has an elevator and the front door is right next to the elevator.

The unit is completed with beach towels, boogie board, sand toys for the kids, noodles for the pool, beach chairs and an umbrella. Cable TV, DVD, house phone with unlimited national calling and wireless internet are provided. There is a full washer and dryer for your use. Your bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with everything you and your family need to have fun at the beach! You can walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach, where you can enjoy live music, fishing from the ocean or pier or visit Ron Jon's Famous Surf Shop.

The grounds are spacious and include a large heated pool. Outside near the pool are charcoal grills that are available. The beach walkway has a shower and water hoses to make it easy to rinse off as you come and go on the beach.

“Nice condo”

Condo interior was very nice. Really good setup, beautifully decorated and comfortable beds. Good location. Would have given five stars but the exterior of the condo could use some renovations.
