Located 15 minutes from downtown Syracuse, State Fair Grounds, Syracuse University and the 2nd largest mall in USA! So much fun in the immediate area too; golf, mini golf, river kayaking, wine trails, sandy beaches at either end of lake, Turning Stone Casino 15 miles away and the brand new The Point Casino only 3 miles away! You name it everything you need and more to enjoy your time away. At the house you'll find kayaks, horseshoes, yard games, huge deck, firepit at waters edge, gas & charcoal grills, dock, fishing poles, bikes, golf clubs and more. Digital TV’s in every room, surround theater with DVD in living room. Connect your smart phone and listen to your tunes throughout the house and deck.
