The Green House apartment is a beautiful conversion, located on leafy Grove Road in Harrogate, just 10 minutes walk to the International Conference Centre and the towns many shops, bars and restaurants.

The apartment it’s own off street parking space and has been furnished & equipped to the very highest of contemporary hotel standards, with LCD TV DVD player, tastefully decorated rooms & your own private lounge. For guests wishing to entertain "at home", each apartment has it's own fully equipped modern kitchen and Free Wi Fi and broadband access. The Green House also features a sophisticated water and heat recycling system, so you can relax knowing your apartment is looking after the environment!

“Very nice flat with super comfortable bed. Just don't come in a large car!”

The property is smartly furnished. Kitchen excellent. Bedrooms just large enough, which super beds. Enjoyed the stay The bedroom blinds aren't sufficient to block out the outside security light so do bring a sleep mask if you need the bedroom to be really dark. Parking for the ground floor flat is not easy unless you have a small car. I made the mistake of driving straight into the designated parking place on arrival and scratched the car getting it out. After that I reversed in from the busy street each time (which can be quite a rat run, especially at the moment) and had a person either side of the car helping.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
