Description

Contemporary, built in 2009; It has an open floor plan with high ceilings through out the house.

Our cozy villa, has two bedrooms on the main floor, both with queen size beds. The master bedroom has walking closet and master bath. The third bedroom is on the second floor with two queen size beds. The room has its own thermostat and fan. The kitchen has granite counter tops and tile floors.

The big and screened lanai overlooks a private tropical wooded backyard in which you might see amazing wild birds.

We are located within minutes drive from the Royal Palm Marina, stump Pass state Park, Lemom Bay and a number of other parks are only a short drive or boat ride away. There are many seaside restaurants, pier fishing, parasailing and snorkeling in the area.

We are just three blocks away from Dearborn Av. With antique shops, art galleries and Farmers market.

Englewood is one of the best areas for family retreats. We are only few minutes drive to many stores and strip malls. ''Publix'' grocery supermarket and Walgreens Pharmacy is three blocks away. We are also within walking distance to the library, theater, home made ice cream shop, many nice playgrounds and tennis courts.

We are located minutes away from the beautiful public beach on the Manasota Key, Chadwick Park/ Englewood Beach, and six other beaches are close by. We have boogie boards, cooler with wheels, scoop for shark teeth collecting, beach chairs and an umbrella all for your use.

This retreat is also conviniently located near the famous '' Warm Mineral Springs''. The Fountain of Youth in North Port.

According to Health Magazine, the Mineral Springs (Also known as Warm Salt Springs) are ''Americas best rejuvenating and healing springs".87F year round and it's only 8 miles away.

There are 5 golf courses nearby. Wether you like golfing, fishing, going to the beach or just simply relaxing, you will enjoying this peaceful retreat.
