A carriage house-style 2BR 1 BA upstairs apartment close to Acadia National Park & Bar Harbor
This cozy apartment is really a great spot to vacation. Located just 8 miles from downtown Bar Harbor, it offers privacy and quiet while remaining convenient to town and Acadia National Park. Pretty view of the pond from the screened sun porch, as well as large front and back yards to enjoy and a brand new deck off the living room. The pond is shared by surrounding properties. Note: no wifi/internet service is provided at this property. You can catch the Island Explorer shuttle bus from the end of the drive. Linens & towels provided.

“Beautiful pet friendly appartment!”
The apartment is super clean, full of light and a wonderful breeze! the backyard and front yard were perfect for our 3 year old dog. We are already planning on going back again!

Response from the manager Thanks for the report--use of the shop below is a rare event, sorry it affected your daughter. The owners, who live several hundred yards away in the adjacent woods, probably thought no one was there during the day if your vehicle(s) were not present. In 9 years there has never been another report of shop use when guests are in residence, as the owners are good hosts and sensitive to the needs of their guests.

“Exactly what we needed”
This was a great, affordable place located only a few minutes drive from Acadia Natl Park. The owner was very kind and helpful, ad the apartment had everything we needed, including washer/dryer.
