Description
Beautiful town home on the banana river with dock. This home is two stories with balconies off both masters overlooking the river and dock. You can fish off the dock or have a kayak delivered to your door to explore the river where manatees and dolphins play. If you prefer the ocean it is 5 blocks walking distance to the east.
The town home has two master bedrooms and a large loft for sleeping, full kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and inside laundry. The upstairs master has a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom.
The sunsets from our balcony are breathtaking and the overall ambience is very peaceful. Even the local beach at the end of the street is not overly crowded. Get there early enough and you can view the sunrise over the ocean during your morning stroll and the sunset from your balcony at the end of the day.
Cape Canaveral is a city within the Space Coast that is close to the space center, Port Canaveral Cruise lines, Cocoa Beach Pier,, World famous Ron Jon's, Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World and the Epcot center.
