We are about one-third to one-half the cost of a room at the Hilton next door, yet offer two to three times the space, including a full kitchen to save on dining out!

Guests enjoy three pool & spa complexes open 24/7/365 and heated all winter. Always swimmable & usable!

Resort is surrounded by mountains and just a 1/2 mile walk to hiking & biking at N. Mountain preserve

*A refundable $300 security deposit is due one week before arrival and will be refunded within 48 hours after check-out less any loss, damage or incurred charges.

Save even more over our already low rates with this, our most affordable 2 bed/2 bath rental for those on a tighter budget or who simply wish to get the most bang for their buck!

This ground level unit is one of our "budget" rentals for travelers who want to save the most on their stay. While it may not feature the newest appliances, furnishings, kitchen utensils, etc. it is still a great value for the price. For those more concerned about those things you may wish to try one of our other properties at a higher price point. However all of our rentals are still priced lower than most here at the resort, as we pride ourselves on offering a tremendous value at our extremely competitive rates.

Our short-term rentals are geared toward those who need to stick to a budget yet would still like to enjoy the additional size and amenities of a complete vacation home as well as the convenient location and private, well-kept environment of a resort hotel. Starting out at Motel 6 prices, even our most expensive rates are half the starting rate of a single bedroom and bathroom at the Hilton next door, yet with two to three times the space! We strive to provide a great value to guests, offering both affordable rates and the convenience of a full-size home in a pleasant gated community. Guests receive a mailbox key upon check-in, so those here for multiple weeks or months may have their USPS mail temporarily forwarded directly to the resort mail huts just a few feet away; Amazon, UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered directly to your door. Unlike the others here, all of our rentals offer full-service check-in with a representative to greet you on site and to tend to any needs that may arise. All our properties feature free WiFi.

The Pointe Resort is a gated community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles Northeast of downtown and is adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex contains three pool areas each with hot tubs, restrooms, grills and showers, as well as on-site tennis and basketball courts. All pools and spas are temperature-controlled, open and swimmable 24/7/365, and those staying for longer durations may have their mail conveniently delivered to one of the mail huts here on site. Amazon, UPS and FedEx packages will be delivered to your door.

Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a seven mile radius, starting with Lookout Mountain next door to our north. The nearest major supermarket is less than a mile away for all your grocery needs to stock up your kitchen. There are four major indoor/outdoor shopping malls within 5 miles, in addition to many chain stores and restaurants within 2 miles or less, yet this gated community is a virtual hidden oasis for tranquil relaxation. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base with easy access to all the destinations, sites and establishments in both the East and West Valleys, and it's within a few hours driving distance to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, San Diego and Rocky Point, Mexico. Overall a great vacation retreat for couples, families and golf enthusiasts!

Response from the owner While we welcome all genuine feedback, if a guest reports something inaccurate in a public review we feel it is necessary to correct them. With regard to this guest, Stephanie, she brought up two issues that were not valid. One was that we couldn't receive and store her equipment she wanted to ship ahead of her arrival which she knew and we made clear. We are not and never have been in the storage business but it seems she thought she was entitled to have her equipment stored while previous guests were there; of course we would never do anything like that to inconvenience current occupants. She could have easily arranged for the delivery after they arrived at no extra cost. We find it disingenuous to complain since she knew in advance and we are not a storage facility. She booked anyway knowing this and to then wait a couple months and complain is quite unfair and irrelevant. Also, we addressed every questions she asked in the several weeks before her arrival. To blame us for not asking the booking as by her own admission we sent her very thorough and detailed directions and instructions for her day of arrival and she had no questions or problems with them in advance We addressed all her other issues in our response to the first review, refuting some false claims she made and, because she didn't like that, she took the opportunity to downgrade her review to this one (as she admits above). We will only say this guest was difficult and demanding from the start and it is unfortunate that TripAdvisor, after being shown proof of her threat to leave a worse review, went ahead to publish it anyway to the current two-bubble review you see now. As eight-year partners with TripAdvisor we expected a more fair approach when it comes to retaliatory reviews. As always we stand by our stellar reviews and record which anyone can see on our listing(s).
