A beautiful house (>2000 sq ft) in a quite residential street in a deed restricted community.
Relax on the Travertine natural stone lanai at the teak table and chairs, enjoy a cool drink and watch the boats cruise by.
At night soothe your body in the Jacuzzi tub while gazing at the stars.
Drop a DVD into the home theater with a flat screen HD TV. Two bedrooms equipped with TV’s as well.
Swim in the heated pool that can be accessed by the living room family room or master bedroom as well as pool bathroom.
Plenty of room in the master bedroom with his and hers walk in closets, his and her sinks, Jacuzzi tub and roman shower.
Water and electric available at one 40’ and another 20’ dock with boat lift.
Play a round of golf at one of the area fourteen courses.
Enjoy some of the best sport fishing in the world.
Go bike riding through out the town treasure Punta Gorda’s natural beauty
