Description

Easy summer living at this bright contemporary ranch located steps from Moriches bay in Westhampton/Remsenburg. Open kitchen- dining area, living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, central air conditioning, and a private yard with a heated swimming pool.

Located on a small quiet block, this house is very open and inviting. Moriches Bay is around the corner from the house. At low tide, this beach is perfect for fishing or a quiet stroll along the water. From the private fenced in yard, you can smell the salt air and hear the rumbling of the motor boats go by. The house has many windows which bring in lots of light. We pride ourselves in presenting a spotless house for our renters to enjoy.

Bedroom configuration is as follows: 2 rooms have a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom has recently refinished hardwood floors and is fully furnished with dressers and nightstands. There are 2 fully renovated bathrooms with heated floors and dual shower heads: one bathroom with a tub/shower and a second bathroom with a shower enclosure.

The property is ideal for families or couples. No groups please. Proof of age and/or background checks may be required upon request.
