Description

3 bedroom/3 bathroom villa with 30ft caged, solar heated pool and double garage in Rotonda West, a deed restricted community near Englewood Florida. Rotonda West is an established community with 5 golf courses (99 holes). The house is 5-10 minutes drive from any of the 5 courses. It was completed in 2006 and has all modern conveniences, the kitchen is a cooks dream. The house has been furnished as a second home for the owners, not a rental property. Every bedroom has its own TV, there is a full entertainment center in the Great Room with speakers on the Lanai. The Lanai has its own dining set and BBQ. The Lanai/pool area overlook Broadmoor Park, a scenic area for residents which was once a 9 hole golf course.

Complimentary, high speed (75mbs+) Xfinity Internet access via wireless router. Full Xfinity voice control TV System. Record/playback from all TV's. Xfinity phone, calls free USA and Canada

The master suite opens onto the pool patio. second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third has twin beds and a door from its bathroom onto the pool patio.

The house backs onto open parkland.

It is 10 minutes from beautiful Englewood Beach, 25 minutes from Bocca Grande island beaches; circa 2.5 hours from Orlando

Nearby airports: Tampa, 2hrs , Sarasota or Fort Myers RSW, 1 hour.

“An excellent property & superb location”

We had a great holiday here and didn't want to leave. The property is so well equipped it is a real home from home. It overlooks Broadmoor Park where there are walking and cycling trails around the lakes with an abundance of wildlife. The Home Entertainment system is excellent with the Xfinity cable network providing a vast selection of sports, films and music. There are also two separate music systems for indoor and outdoor use. We have been regular visitors to Rotonda for the past six years and this was undoubtedly the best. We cannot wait to return..
