This lovely estate is fenced all round and consists of the owner’s house with its superb large terrace from which you can admire the breathtaking view of the surrounding olive groves and vineyards and three lovely separate apartments, all with their own private terrace and very well appointed and nicely furnished in traditional Tuscan style. The apartment Julio Ca is a beautifully renovated stone built barn with parking space. From the magnificent panoramic terrace steps (12) lead down onto the apartment’s own private terrace equipped with round table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue, a truly delightful setting for dining al fresco. Julio Ca is nicely furnished in an elegant Tuscan style, whilst retaining all its original characteristics such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors and pretty brick detailing, it is also fitted with all modern comforts such as air conditioning all round. To add to its charm the different levels of the rooms are connected by steps . The apartment has a lovely large light open area with large windows with a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area with round table and chairs and a charming bright bathroom with shower. Three steps lead down from the kitchen area to a luminous and homely furnished sitting area with bamboo style settee and armchairs, satellite television. A magnificent wide panoramic window dominates this room enabling one to relax in the sitting area and admire the stunning view. Julio Ca has a large, bright double bedroom with one step leading into the ensuite bathroom with shower. Spacious well kept grounds surround the estate, and strolling across the lawns one reaches a perfectly placed swimming pool with hydro-massage corner (14m x 7m) equipped with sun umbrellas, sunbeds, tables and chairs to enjoy a cooling dip or relax and soak up the sun. A pergola terrace equipped with table and chairs is situated not far from the swimming pool. If one feels like playing tennis, one can take a stroll through the olive grove or down the private road to the tennis court. When you can tear yourself away, it’s a great location from which to explore the area. The centre of Medieval San Gimignano is in short walking distance. Florence, Siena and Pisa, to name just a few of Tuscany’s jewels, are within easy reach and lovely day trips out.
