This Sunset Beach condo lies on a private sandy beach just a few feet away from the brilliant turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Wonderful three bedroom condominium on 2nd and 3rd floors that includes two baths, full kitchen, air conditioning, plus two balconies with views to the ocean! Sleeps up to eight guests on two queen beds in a master and second bedroom, two twins in the third bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Amenities include central air, ceiling fans, DVD player, cable TV, high speed wireless internet access, Italian tiled floors throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has just been renovated to include granite countertops with a pullout trash can and game cabinet, as well as an undermount sink and spray faucet. We've got bikes to get you in and out of San Pedro, and kayaks in which to explore the waters. Hammocks and lounge chairs hand-carved from the local water resistant hardwood abound the property.
Currently we do not have washers and dryers (we are checking into industrial machines for the entire complex) but we do have Irma Palmer! She will wash, fold and dry your laundry for $2.50US/pound. If you get this to her early she can almost always have it done by the end of the day.
Most visitors to Ambergris Caye are lured there by the water. This is no surprise! Belize is home to the largest barrier reef in the western hemisphere and therefore most people come to take advantage of the superior diving and snorkeling sites found close by - the Blue Hole, Hol Chan Reserve, Mexico Rocks and more. Sunset Beach is fortunate to have an excellent guiding service, Suya Tours, located directly behind the condominium complex who can take you on any type of adventure you desire!
Swimming and snorkeling from the end of our pier is really good. We have a ladder to get you in and out of the water and buoys to mark areas designated for swimming. We have created an artificial reef by filling under the dock with lots of rocks. The fish love this area and sometimes even the harmless nurse sharks come around to feed on the small fish. There is a nice area called “Secret Beach” about an hour away by golf cart that is excellent for swimming - the best on the island!

“Clean and comfy”

“Great getaway”
We were just there and had an awesome time! It is a great place to go if you want to relax, turn the world off and just be stress free! Definitely get a golf cart if you go - you will want one!
