Description

Prominence is the hottest new community on 30-A located near Alys and Rosemary Beach. The Hub is located across the street in easy walking distance. It features food trucks, restaurants, shops and entertainment. The stage hosts musical acts, movies and in the fall watch your favorite sports team on the big screen. My townhouse is 3 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. It has been professionally decorated in shades of white, gray and blue. Each bedroom has it's own TV and there is one centrally located in the living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with the dishes and cookware you will need to prepare family meals. I have 4 bicycles available for your convenience and 4 beach chairs and an umbrella and 2 boogie boards. The community offers complimentary shuttle service to the beach Memorial Day-Labor Day. Also Deer Lake State Park with public beach access and parking is locate within an easy bike ride or drive.
