Description
This location is central to everything and everywhere in Downtown Sarasota, near all area Beaches, Marinas, Golf courses, YMCA and Sarasota Bayfront. Only 7.5 miles to the 2017 World Rowing Championships at Benderson Park. This Charming Florida style home has been totally updated and stylishly furnished with WIFI, washer and dryer, wood floors, granite, and large TV. The living space is open and there is a screened in lanai facing the back garden. The master has a queen bed and small TV. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Updated bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The Tropically landscaped private backyard has multiple sitting areas, BBQ and a Tiki Hut. It's your own piece of paradise in the City. Home is equipped with beach chairs, coolers, toys and umbrella for your convenience. The Home offers all the comforts of home. Just bring your suitcase.
Walk to the YMCA,grocery shopping and a 40 acre park. Walk to Main Street Sarasota's restaurants, cafes, movie theatre and shops. Close to Siesta Key, St. Armands Circle, Lido Key and Longboat Key. Sarasota's Bayfront Park and Marina is minutes away.

There's no need to stay on the beach to enjoy all that Sarasota has to offer. After all, no matter where you stay the beaches are only minutes away. The mainland is home to many of the attractions and activities that add depth and character to Sarasota vacations.
Off the islands, Sarasota is defined by a rich and varied arts scene that belies the size of the city. There's the famous John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, featuring an enormous selection of paintings -- including one of the biggest collections of Rubens in the world. There's the vibrant gallery scene showcasing Sarasota's talented local artists, as well as visiting collections from artists around the world. And we haven't even started on live performances.
