Two miles from the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, this ground floor condo offers convenience, privacy, and contemporary furnishing all within a safe and quiet neighborhood.

The interior was recently renovated with new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, tile, paint and shower. The sliding doors you see in the photos were added to allow light and privacy for additional overnight guests.

BEDROOM:

The master bedroom offers a new a new pillow top mattress with firm support and is draped in stylish sheets. Pillows for the side sleeper and pillows for the 'face up' sleeper create the perfect nights rest. If you have additional guests, there is a fold down couch in the living room that sleeps two, and an additional air mattress.

LIVING ROOM:

The stylish living room features a full size couch parked conveniently in front of a new, 42" flat screen HD TV, blu-ray player with streaming capabilities. Free WI-FI is provided along with a wireless router. The WI-FI is powerful enough that you can stream video on your laptop or tablet. You may never want to leave the condo!

The 'sky light' room offers a quaint sitting area. There is a comfortable full length leather couch that folds down into a full size bed. The paintings are mine, borrowed from my galleries to adorn the walls of the condo.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen features new cabinets, flooring and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with gorgeous plate settings, chef's knives and all the cookware you need amongst an assortment of curious kitchen gadgetry. Small appliances include a blender, an electric grill, toaster and coffee maker. There is also a beautiful array of artist made pottery. Immerse your cereal in handmade art!

PATIO:

Have your breakfast out on the charming, Moroccan inspired private patio. The iron grills on the 'windows' you see are from a historic prison deep in the Arizona desert.

LAUNDRY: There is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit for your convenience.

NEIGHBORS: You are surrounded by three other Casitas. They are occupied by lovely, single women who are happy to share their favorite restaurant or help you with directions.

PARKING: Your designated covered parking space is not far from your front door; making it convenient to roll in luggage or shopping bags.

DOGS: Your non-shedding breed of dog is welcome as long as they are under 18lbs, well behaved, and over 4 years old (additional fee).

ADDITIONAL SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: If you like, you can fold down the couch in the skylight room to make a full size bed, or use the air mattress. There is an extra topper stored inside the condo with extra bedding.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE: This is a first floor unit with no stairs. The shower has handicap handrails. The toilet is a standard height (not handicap). There is a shower transfer bench and wheel chair upon request. There is a short step down into the patio and a 2 inch high threshold with a home-made ramp on the front door.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The complex is simple and quiet. You may see friendly neighbors with their dogs, but you probably won't see many people unless you go to the pool area. There are two nice BBQ grills near the newly remodeled pebbletec pool, a jacuzzi and a kiddie pool.

Just outside of the complex are other condominium complexes and houses across the street. There is public transportation and a bus stop just outside the complex along the busy street of Indian School, however I recommend having a car. 3/4 mile West is the grocery store, a great park where it is very nice to bike, walk, golf, fish and people watch.

Getting around

The neighborhood is centrally located in Scottsdale, a short distance from Old Town. The nearby 101 highway is easily accessible and great for getting around quickly. There are nearby grocery stores, banks, yoga, golf, attractions, shopping and restaurants a short drive away. A wonderful place to live and vacation!

Interaction with guest

I am very responsive to my guests. Since I live 15 minuets away I am happy to come over whenever you need anything. I will send you directions a week prior to your arrival, the lock box code the day of your arrival and a welcome call within 24 hours of your arrival. I usually will call you the day of your departure to say goodbye and for feedback. Feel free to call, text or email me at anytime before, during or after your stay.

“Beautiful Condo”

If Candice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
