This Luxury four bedroom, two bathroom Villa is located in the quiet residential area now known as 'Casa Rica'. It was formerly known as 'Spanish View'.

The property is a detached, single level home of almost 2,000 square feet. It is fully airconditioned and has many ceiling fans.

The property is bright with high vaulted ceilings that provide a feeling of space. The furnishings are of a traditional and 'South Western' theme.

The accommodation consists of the following:

Entrance Hall, this leads to the Dining Room and Living Room.

Living Room with Fire Place, there is a Sof...a and a Love Seat (2 seater), there

are double doors that lead to a Covered Patio, Swimming Pool and Spa Area.

Formal Dining Room consisting of Drinks and Glass Cabinet, Table and Eight

Chairs.

Fully Equipped Kitchen / Breakfast Bar, consisting of a Full Cooker and Oven,

Microwave, Blender, Fridge / Freezer with Water and Ice Dispenser, Coffee Maker,

Dishwasher, Waste Disposal, Crockery, Cutlery etc. for more than eight people.

Large Family Room with views of the pool area, Flat Screen TV / DVD / CD / Radio / Cassette Player, Colour Printer and Phone / Fax / Scanner / Copier and wireless internet.

Breakfast Area; there is an additional dining table and chairs overlooking the

Covered Patio area, Spa and Heated Pool.

Master Bedroom with Super King Size Bed (6 foot), TV / DVD.

There are double doors that lead out to the Covered Patio, Heated Pool and Spa.

There is a Dressing area, Full Bathroom, Separate Shower and Separate Toilet.

Access to the Bedroom is off the Living Room.

Three further Bedrooms, two of which are twins, and one Queen (5 foot), and

another full Bathroom with Shower.

Access to these Bedrooms is off the Dining - Kitchen area.

A utility room with a washer and separate dryer.

A Selection of Games, Books and CD's is also provided.

The rear garden is completely enclosed, with a Pool (Heated in the winter, October - March), Waterfall and Spa. A well-sheltered area, as well as open areas, allows you to enjoy the sun without getting burned.

A large Patio Area suitable for sunbathing and Barbecues is adjacent to the Pool.

A Chimenea (small woodburner) in the garden allows you to enjoy the evenings during the winter months.Read more

The Property is located near Shea and Via Linda. It is less 5 minutes to shops and restuarants. It is also close to many golf courses.

It os also close to Desert Ridge, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter and downtown Scottsdale.

The rates charged will depend on the length of your visit and the number in your party.

The longer you stay and the earlier you book, the more discount that will apply.

There is a minimum stay of two weeks over the following periods; Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

Where a Guest wishes to stay for less than 14 nights during any of these periods, there will be an Excess Charge of no more than $600 up to a maximum of the cost for a stay of two weeks which is $2,300.

For Clarity, this means that if you are stay for 9 days, the charge would be $1,300 plus 2 days at $175 plus $600 which is $2,250.

However, if you stayed for 10 nights, the charge would become $2,300, this being calculated as follows. $1,300 plus 3 nights at $175 plus the Excess Charge of $475.

We also offer a discount of 10% for those Guests that return plus an additional discount of 10% for those guests that book more than 8 months in advance.

The balance of the security deposit, after deducting the costs for electricity, phone, additional cable, any additional cleaning and any damage will be refunded eight weeks after the end of your vacation.

We require 25% of the costs payable at the time of booking and the balance 8 weeks before your vacation comences.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Cheques. The Security Deposit is taken to cover Electricity / Pool Heat/ Air Conditioning, Additional Cable (IF Required), Welcome Pack (IF Required), Long Distance Calls (IF Required), Wireless Internet (IF Required), Additional Clean (IF Required) and any Damage (IF Required).

The balance of the Security Deposit, which could be as low as $300 (1 week), will be refunded within 8 weeks of your stay ending.

  We've been renting from Tina & John for about 12 summers and have missed out only one year. We're now on countdown to our 9th (or is it the 10th?) monthly stay in Sahuaro in July/August 2012. The house is "homely", it has all the facilities we need, the position's convenient, the pool's wonderful and the weather that Tina and John arrange for us every time couldn't be better! It has become our home-from-home.

  We always choose this property when we visit Scottsdale, usually staying a month or so. We cant find one negative thing to say about it - we feel its our home from home. Beautiful villa, great location (complete with fabulous neighbours) and impeccable service, help & advice from the owners, Tina & John. We've been visiting arizona now pretty regularly over the last few years and really wish we could find something negative to report because we'd like this villa all to ourselves!!!

  We have stayed in a number of places in Scottsdale over the past 15 years but as soon as we stayed in Sahuaro we knew that was the one, we haven't been back to anywhere else since as we love it so much. We go back to Sahuaro year after year and one year we even managed twice. Thanks to Tina and John it feels like our home in the sun, all the little extras that they provide make it so special. The indoor areas are excellent, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped with every utensil and essential known to man (and wanted by woman!) which makes the stay there so easy and even a selection of books for the poolside reading. There is also the lovely garden area which is equally as nice, with areas of sun or shade depending on preference for the comfortable loungers, outdoor eating area with table and chairs, pool, barbeque and spa.
