Villa Agave is a 2450 Square Foot beautiful, VERY LARGE 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the Troon Golf Course. Unbelievable views - right on the fairway. 2 master bedrooms offer King beds, flat screen televisions, attached baths and each have their own private balcony. A separate office work area separates the 2 master suites on the 2nd level. The 1st level offers a 2 car attached private garage, laundry room and powder room. This leads into a HUGE great room with a chefs kitchen offering granite and stainless appliances, a very long breakfast bar to enjoy a cocktail, and a large dining table. PeoriaDelightful Stay at Troon North

We spent our spring break at Villa agave and enjoyed our stay immensely. The Villa was spacious, well-appointed and was located on a fairway of the Troon North golf course. The fairway was separated from the townhomes by a border of natural vegetation, helping to preserve privacy and habitat for native animals. We were awakened by the sound of coyotes howling near and far one evening. The Villa provided a convenient location for excursions into Scottsdale, Phoenix, Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We hiked up the nearby Pinnacle Peak (beautiful but strenuous and crowded) and into the McDowell Sonoran Preserve area. The property manager was responsive and my wife commented on how well-stocked the villa was regarding amenities and staples. While we did not make use of it, there was a community pool just a couple of cul-de-sac courts away. A very enjoyable experience we hope to be able to repeat.

The people @ Latitude 8 were the best I have experienced. They were prompt & responded to emails and phone calls. Most properties use the most flattering photos to sell their product. The Villa agave was even nicer than the posted photos. I received my deposit within three days of my return. First class people & property.
