This quaint residence boasts a large lot with plenty of play room in the fully loaded backyard. Casa Willow is a very nice 4 bedroom home very conveniently located one block off Shea Blvd. and 110th St. in Scotsdale. It is a great location, close to grocery stores, shopping, golf and resturants. Fountain Hills is a straight shot about 10 minutes on Shea and Old Town Scotsdale is a short 15 minute drive. The home has a very nice layout, nice master suite and bath. The other three bedrooms are adaquate, but one has two single beds that we found to small for adults. Our only dissapointment was that the home needs some updating. Some of the kitchens appliances, specifically the microwave need replacing. The back patio/pool area is beautiful, however it needs attentions. i.e hottub is worn out, not all jets work, plants around pool were almost dead, tables and chairs worn out, stuff just old and needs attention. There is a beautiful 70" TV, with BlueRay player, but no HD? Lots of little things that you expect to be nice when paying for a quality rental. Overall we loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the aZ sun and I'm being nit picky, but these are things to be aware of. Wes the property manager was great, vrey helpful and attentive to our needs.

We've stayed in many houses in Scottsdale over the last 15 years on our annual visits from the UK - none were better than Casa Willow. It's a very comfortable house (feels like someone's home rather than just a rental property), and has a great backyard with grass, trees, lots of alternative seating areas, a big pool with waterfall, built in BBQ, even a pool table, the lot. Also very well situated for golf and getting about. We'll be definitely be back.

Overall a good experience. The location of the house is proximate to all the good golf courses and restaurants - a big plus. House had 4 bedrooms so each of us had our own room. The interior flow of the kitchen, dining and living rooms was nice. Some of the appliances were outdated (coffee maker, blender). Outdoors the pool was not heated and none of us went in. The hot tub was detached and old. One night the tub stopped working due to an electrical problem. The L8 folks fixed it the next day but the controls for the tub were always balky.

Myles york was the gentleman i was in contact with. He was very nice and very helpful throughout the stay.I was allowed to come early then the check in time and that was very helpful when i arrived. The house had a huge tv but didnt have hd channels so having a bigger tv didnt matter. The house should sleep 8 but one of the rooms beds were alot smaller like a full and it was tight. The hot tub was stuck on 74 but after a day it was fixed. It should of been checked the day before. A pool was there but wasnt heated which was clearly said before we rented it but it would of been nice to heat it.The weather for the week was amazing sunny and 74 couldnt ask for better golf and weather. I liked the best the outside sitting which flowed into the kitchen. The least was bed sizes

Our experience at Casa Willow was great. We liked the home and it was pretty convenient despite its distance east of 101. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The hot tub was a bit cool and dirty the first time in so check it early. Beyond those couple things, we would rent this place again.

We come to Scottsdale several times a year for business and usually stay at one of the resort/hotels in the area. We decided to try something different this time and found this property...
We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Casa Willow...the beautiful landscaping, the new hardwood floors, the pool area and beautiful patio area (we spent more time outside than in!), and it's proximity to restaurants, stores, etc.
It was perfect for our family...this house has been very well maintained and has unique touches. We will certainly stay here again. All of my questions were answered and addressed in a timely manner and I would recommend it to anyone!

Casa Willow is just perfect! From the high ceilings to the gorgeous bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen....it was hard for me to take my eyes off all the fine details that made this house a home away from home......
We enjoyed the pool and waterfall in the yard and loved watching the beautiful birds that seemed to enjoy this yard as well.
If you are looking to stay in a nice neighborhood in a beautiful house with all the amenities of your own home (and then some!), Casa Willow is the place! We are looking forward to our return to this home on our next trip to Scottsdale.

This is a comfortable house in a family neighborhood. The house
was not one of the "granite counter, marble bathroom, stunning
city view, golf course, prestigious" properties - neither did we
expect this. The Latitude8 people were very forthcoming with
information and answered any questions we had when booking.
Actually the house was exactly what we expected and we loved it.
The neighborhood is from the eighties, with a mix of families and
mature residents, nice and "upscale", but not fancy. It was within a
10 min walk to a neighborhood strip mall (Ancala Village), with
supermarkets, several restaurants, an ice cream place, and other
services. We like to go for runs and the area was great for running
or walking; safe, friendly and pretty. And, of course, it was within
just a few minutes drive to all the shopping and all the restaurants
of North Scottsdale.
The house was freshly painted and the inside furniture was new.
The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (some pots with very flat
bottoms to match the ceramic top stove would be nice). The yard
was huge with a comfortable lounging area and a pool (not heated)
- would be great for kids.
Checking in and out went smoothly and Myles at Latitude8 was very
accommodating.
All in all, we had a great time and are thinking of returning next
year.
