Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.******* (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.
Sunny and spacious 2,432 square foot, lower Granite Springs home features an open floor plan with 4 bedroom, 3 baths and a 2-car garage. The kitchen is a chef's dream, while the Master Suite is a true retreat with fireplace and beautifully built grand shower, walk-in closet and deck. Whole-house floor to ceiling remodel in 2012. This lovely home has all the luxury upgrades you should expect.
You will enter into the 1st floor with the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom 1 with a queen bed and a TV. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway that can be entered through the kitchen or the bedroom.
On the second floor is the master bedroom 2 with a king bed, a twin trundle bed, a grand master bathroom with an amazing custom built shower, TV and fireplace. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds with a total of 4 twins. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a TV. There is a full shared bathroom in the hallway.
