This first floor apartment situated in the seaside town of Whitby sleeps four people in two bedrooms.Park View is a first floor apartment situated in the lovely seaside town of Whitby. This apartment, part of a Victorian property overlooks Pannett Park and sleeps four people in two double bedrooms. The apartment also has a bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Parking is available in a long stay car park, 5 minutes' walk away. With many attractions in Whitby itself, as well as the wonderful North York Moors National Park on your doorstep, makes Park View an ideal base for a couple of small family.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Loading/unloading outside property only. Parking in long stay car park 5 mins walk, plus roadside parking 5 mins walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Harbour 5 mins walk, beach 10 mins walk. Note: Road noise can be heard. Note: Although this is a no pet property, the owner occasionally stays at the apartment with her dog.
Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
Town: The town of Whitby is situated at the mouth of the River Esk, offering narrow streets and alleyways, a harbour, sandy beaches and an abbey. The area offers wonderful coastlines and a trip around the North York Moors National Park is essential.
