Description
This lovely semi-detached single-storey cottage near York sleeps four people in two bedrooms.The Granary is a lovely single-storey cottage in the grounds of Swallow Hall Golf Club, just outside York. With two bedrooms, a double and a twin, it sleeps four people comfortably. The cottage also has a bathroom, and an open plan living area with a kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area. Outside, there is free use of a tennis court, and subsidised golf, as well as ample parking. The Granary is only a short drive from York, and makes a great base for touring the area. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Electric storage heaters with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Front lawned garden and patio with furniture. golf available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.
