Description
Ancient House of recent restructuring with extra touches that make it hospitable to the disabled. The hotel has 8 bedrooms arranged on four residential units. Each apartment consists of two rooms and an internal service. Has a total of 5 beds, with two double beds and a single bed. Is it possible to add an extra single bed on request. To this we add the common areas: large ground floor relaxation lounge, dining room, two bathrooms. It's served with Wi-fi and air conditioning. Around? A large private park with parking and the animals that inhabit the farm always attraction for children! And then lots of beautiful Umbria with Todi, San Gemini, Spoleto, Orvieto ... without forgetting the Marmore Waterfalls, the highest jump in Europe!
Attention to nature that is hosting us and love for science was the combination that drove the choices made for the renovation of the old farmhouse: has a solar thermal plant, a photovoltaic system and a wooden roof extremely technological and completely recyclable in all its components.
The Res Nova the Hill opens its doors to those who want to indulge in the simple rhythms of the countryside! The living room can get rich with direct participation in the activities of the farm becoming teaching aid for children and families!
