The 18th Century Stone house with pool located in a quiet secluded location 500 mt outside the medieval village of Paciano with restaurants and bars.
Surrounded by a 4000 m² land with grass, bushes and olive trees. Of this typical Umbrian Tuscan stone house you have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and fields and a unique sunset view on Tuscany and Umbria.
Perfect for families and groups, the property offers a large kitchen fully EQUIPPED, 2 dining rooms, 2 fireplaces and barbecue for cooking outside. A loggia to dining al fresco. Private Parking.
