Description

Very quiet and friendly apartment with sea view over Kolimpia , outside Afantou direction Kolimpia on the hill , this wonderful apartment . It is very quiet and just unique when you wake up and look out into the endless panoramic views, then you realize you want to stay on here forever .

Our family will welcome very warm at this amazing place.

Response from the owner Tut mir leid, daß ich so etwas höre von Gästen die 15€ am Tag gezahlt haben und das ganze haben wollten wo in Deutschland man nicht einmal ein Gemeinschaft Zimmer bekommt. Das Bett ist nagel neu und die Matratze eine neue kaltschaum Matratze. Schlaffelling auf höchstem Niveau. Der Gast hat aber ein boxspring Bett gewollt das 1 Meter hoch ist weil sie rücken schmerzen hatte. Das kann man in einem 5 Sterne hotel bekommen zu einem Preis von 300€ am Tag nicht für 15 bzw. 30€. Zur Waschmaschine war niemals eine Rede das es eine gibt im Apartment. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und verfügen über alles was man im Urlaub benötigen tut. Es sind Apartments und keine Häuser geschweige den Wohnungen. Hätten Sie das gewollt hätte ich Ihnen gerne ein anderes Haus angeboten natürlich nicht zu diesem Preis. Ihre Vorstellungen lagen deutlich über dem was Sie Preislich zahlen wollten. Sie können auch auf anderen Internetseiten Seiten sehen z.b BOOKING das wir durchschnittlich bewertet werden mit 9 von 10. Danke das sie unsere Gäste waren und das nächste Mal einfach mehr ausgeben um ihren Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden. Das Hunde Gebell das ihnen gestört hat war in einer Nacht der Hund des Nachbarn der gesellt hat weil es im nicht gut ging, am besten das nächste mal fragen. Ausserdem bekommt der Hausbesitzer immer eine 10 als bewertung was ich bei ihnen nicht nachvollziehen kann da sie von morgens bis abends gefällt haben vom Haus. Ich wünsche ihnen alles Gute und das sich der Streit den sie mit ihrem Partner hatten vom ersten Tag an wieder gelegt hat. Viel Glück weiterhin für sie...

How do damage deposits work?
