. You enter into a newer (built in 1999), luxury, secure building ... directly from the pedestrian entrance, or with your car and drive into the private parking spot in the garage parking area.

The elevator takes you to the apartment located on the 3rd floor.

Entering the apartment, you will find a large living space area with a convertible and comfortable sofa, a dining table for 4, and a led TV with satellite channels. The fully equipped kitchen includes all utensils, dishes and cookware to prepare your favourite meals and includes a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, teapot, etc. A large terrace overlooks a very quiet garden and is set up with table and chairs (4) and a comfortable lounge area. The queen size bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with closets also has access to the terrace. The full size, modern bathroom includes towels. safe-deposit box.

There is air conditioning and internet WIFI. Parking is included.

“Wonderful central Aix flat”

Very convenient for all activities and close to all shops 2 room apartment with well appointed kitchen, bathroom with shower and very large terrace to sunbathe, use as lounge or dining area. On site secure parking and very quiet. Owner very helpful. Warmly recommend for couple or up to 4 sharers.
