Fully renovated, the Bastide Saint Mary and its 4000 m2 garden you welcome, just 10 minutes from the center of Aix. This large house (160 m2) of the eighteenth century has a large living room, a beautiful dining room with moldings and 5 air-conditioned rooms. Enjoy a beautiful terrace under the plane trees and a large swimming pool with panoramic views of the Sainte-Victoire mountain immortalized by the famous painter Paul Cézanne. Description La Bastide Saint Mary Outside, in the 4000 m2 garden, with respect for the Provencal tradition, the country house has several terraces: ⁃une pleasant terrace shaded by plane trees (it overlooks the Aix-en-Provence) ⁃une arbor decorated with a climbing rose that blooms in spring; ⁃une terrace with ancient stone, accessible from the living and perfect shade for lunch in summer. The 6 x 12 m swimming pool offers a lovely panoramic view of the Sainte-Victoire and the city. The rooms of the mansion are equipped with high quality bedding and can accommodate up to 9 people with flexible sleeping options: ⁃chambre 1: twin beds (2 x 90 x 190) forming a king size bed ( 180 x 190); ⁃chambre 2: twin beds (80 x 200) forming a queen size bed (160 x 200); ⁃chambre 3: double bed (140 x 190); ⁃chambre 4: double bed (140 x 190); ⁃chambre 5: single bed (90 x 190). Moreover, the 160 m2 of the Bastide include: ⁃un wide floored lounge with several sofas and decorated with an antique marble fireplace; ⁃une large dining room of pageantry, with stucco work and period moldings, artistically renovated; ⁃une fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster, classic coffee machine and coffee machine capsules, Kitchenware, robot mixer, plates, cutlery, glasses ...) - A utility room with washing machine; - Two bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower and WC); - 2 WC. Services included: - bed linen; - towels ; - Toiletries; - Cleaning at end of stay (required at the guests disposal for the maintenance of the house every day, if necessary). La Bastide Saint Mary, gardens and pool which fully and exclusively available to guests. A concierge service is available to guests throughout the holiday. The house is situated north of Aix-en-Provence, just 10 minutes from downtown, in a very nice neighborhood. Accessible only via a private road, the house enjoys a quiet and overlooks the city. A bus stop to the city center is 2 minutes walk from the house.
