Bellissimo appartamento in posizione semicentrale ad Alba, classe energetica A, al 3° piano con ascensore, in complesso residenziale di nuova costruzione. L’alloggio, completamente arredato a nuovo, è composto da una zona giorno dotata di angolo cottura con divano letto a 2 posti, TV, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno con ampia doccia, provvisto di phon, prodotti di cortesia per il bagno e biancheria. La cucina è dotata di 4 fornelli, forno elettrico, frigorifero, microonde, completa di stoviglie. Inoltre, è dotato di riscaldamento autonomo, aria condizionata, ampio posto auto coperto e parcheggio esterno, cantina.

Situato nei pressi del centro storico di Alba, dista circa 5 cinque minuti a piedi dal Palazzo Mostre e Congressi, dove si svolgono le principali fiere, e a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale del Duomo e di Via Maestra, dove si trovano ottimi ristoranti, negozi e locali tipici della zona. Perfetto punto di partenza per visitare le splendide colline delle Langhe, patrimonio dell’Unesco.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gabriella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
