Description
Our holiday home is ground floor, private and secure and perfect for families who want their own space and privacy. Center facing on to the beautiful pool and recreation area of the Orada Resort and has been described by many of our previous guests as a real "home from home" on our apartment guest book..
We strive to provide those home comforts which make that important difference and make your family holiday an enjoyable and stress free experience rather than a survival exercise in the sun. We believe if the children are happy the adults have a more stress free experience and better holiday, we also believe that is why so many of our previous guests have gave us glowing reviews of their holiday experience with us.
Our property is also our holiday home where we spend many relaxing weeks relaxing weeks each year so you will not find it lacking or basic regarding home comforts. We are on a prime ground floor site on the beautiful child friendly Orada Resort right beside Albufeira Marina. Whilst our property is a one bed apartment with additional sleeping in the living area our apartment is actually larger than many of the two apartments on the resort so affords spacious living.
Both the resort and our apartment have been extremely popular with both couples and families being repeatedly described as a home from home on Tripadvisor and in our visitors book. We are grateful to all our previous guests who have written such kind words and strive to make sure no guest is ever disappointed.
Albufeira Marina provides eating, entertainment and all sorts of water based activities including cruises, power boat rides, dolphin searches, diving, fishing and scuba diving experiences. Indoor activities include Ten Pin Bowling and Go-Kart racing below the Marina front. Alternatively, enjoy a drink or coffee on the boardwalk and watch the world go by while the children enjoy the amusements.
On a practical side, our villa is fully equipped with Bosch kitchen appliances including a large fridge freezer with usable family space unlike many token offerings we have experienced in the past. A large flat panel TV combined with a Media Player containing features for both adults and children and Cable TV provide entertainment when not out soaking up the Portuguese sun

Accommodation is self-catering; rates include gas, water, electricity (on a fair use basis), bed linen, hand and bath towels, guests should bring their own beach towels.
A mid week clean, if required can be arranged if booked and paid for in advance.
Any damage or overly excessive use of utilities will be deducted from the damage deposit on a cost basis

LOUNGE
Spacious lounge (25m2) with ample seating including a 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa bed which also provides additional sleeping, indoor dining table and four chairs. Air conditioning unit for heating and cooling and exits through sliding doors onto a spacious and private secure ground floor patio area.
ENTERTAINMENT
Wall mounted 40" flat panel TV, Cable TV, Media center with over 200 available films for children and adults alike, Radio and a Tuner Amplifier complete with iPod connecting lead.
PATIO
Large and private ground floor patio (17m2) and surrounding landscaped area which is enclosed and private on two sides. Double outdoor dining set with two lounge chairs and small table are provided for outdoor dining and relaxing.
BEDROOM
Large and very spacious (20m2) bedroom with separate air conditioning unit, full height built in wardrobe including drawer sets and security safe for personal belongings large enough for a 15.6 inch laptop computer. Queen size bed, travel cot, bedside tables, lamps, two dressing chairs and sliding blackout curtains for main feature window.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with all Bosch appliances including full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron, ironing board, complete sets of saucepans, cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery and dishes.
BATHROOM
The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hairdryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
GENERAL
Access to the apartment is ground floor, our apartment is in a prime location overlooking the central pool and landscaped recreation area of the resort. All access points to the resort are covered by CCTV and 24 hour security is provided by the resort.

“Excellent holiday!!”
Just returned from a fantastic holiday staying in this amazing apartment. It had everything we needed and more. The media system kept our 8 year old entertained when he'd had enough of the sun. The complex is great too, a huge pool which we enjoyed a lot and lovely grass areas with relaxing spaces which were very well maintained. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the old town but still close enough to walk it (20-25 mins) which we did almost every night. So many restaurants to choose from both at the marina and in the old town, think we need to come back to sample more of them! Brilliant holiday had by all. Thank you for letting us use your apartment.

“Lovely property, beautiful resort Close to marina”
We stayed well out of season and had a lovely relaxing stay away from the cold. Its been said In other reviews and helped our choice but this lovely apartment really was like a home from home. Not all tourist businesses are open during the winter so we cooked in several nights with groceries from the Spar on the marina. A bottle of wine curled up on the sofa watching films on the owners media player, perfect relaxation from our busy life. There is a taxi stand nearby and a bus service, we didn't use the bus service but found the taxi very reasonable even to the far side of Albufeira. We hope to return, hire a car and explore the several beautiful beaches to the west which reception told us about. Its worth recommending the resort also as the staff in reception were always more than helpful even though we were staying in a private owners home. Hope to return and this is our thank you to the owners for all their help before our arrival and the loan of their holiday home.

“Excellent”
Every thing about this place was what we wanted for our family holiday. Very clean home from home apartment with a few extras touches: cooler box, umbrella for beach visits, pool toys,books, multimedia box with hundreds of movies!! This apartment is in the best location on the complex. It's the nearest to reception and only 20yds from the pool. Well equipped with everything you will need. We would return without hesitation.
