Description
Beautifully furnished 1 bedroom apartment situated looking down on Albufeira Old Town. Apartment fitted with all mod-cons including washing machine, microwave and dishwasher and has a sofa bed in the sitting room suitable for two additional guests. The apartment is situated in a beautiful private complex with swimming pool and is close to all amenities. There is a large balcony which overlooks the swimming pool perfect for breakfast in the sun or dinner in the warm balmy evenings. Ideally located as it is minutes from the Old Town centre (on foot) and serviced locally by both bus and taxi. There is an on-site small supermarket and a 5-star hotel complex across the road where there is a restaurant and additional facilities including gym, indoor swimming pool and live music during peak season. For those seeking that little bit extra golf trips can be organised through the hotel reception. The beautiful sandy beach of Albufeira is minutes away also where there is a whole host of activities available including surfing, sailing and the old time favourite - sun bathing! The owner employs a property management company who deals with all cleaning and maintenance and provides a meet and greet service so that you will be met at the property on arrival and the property manager will hand over the keys, give you a tour and provide you with a local contact number in case of emergency. There is pay as you go WIFI available onsite however we recommend WIFIABROAD for portable WIFI which is always available. Airport transfers are also available.

“FAB TIME!”

“Excellent apartment”
Loved the apartment cannot fault in anyway....everything we needed. Family of 1 adult (female) and three children felt very safe. Looks right over the pool, (photos don't show how close it sits) which is great for keeping an eye on the kids. Sun hits the balcony area later on in the afternoon good sized area, plenty space. Bathroom not in the photos either but lovely sized and very clean(if you are a little ocd, I thought I'd mention ) Beds comfortable, air con really good. To me it was better than the photos. Sunbeds are maybe the only problem but this seems to be through out. You do need to be up early and reserve or you won't get a bed. But there is lots of areas just to put a towel down. Old town 5 mins walk away, yes it's down some steps which are a bit harder on the way up but definitely not as bad as I thought they would be. Beach just another 5 mins along the strip. Loads of restaurants and pubs to choose from but be careful and Google reviews before you decide to eat, avoid underdogs worst food I have ever ordered!!! Live music is great and best bar we went to was twist bar service was by far the best. Buddys is great for food and drinks priced well (we only ate there during the day so not sure on evening menu) , urban pizza was also one of our favourites. Aldi 5 mins walk up from the apartments and right over from that again in walking distance is lidi. Hotel has a pool that you can use but we preferred our pool area. Hotel Food is well priced and really good at snack bar and also restaurant. Breakfast in the morning for paying guests is 11€ adults 6.50€ kids buffet style loads to pick from worth the money but they don't seem to advertise. We had a great stay thank you so much, I could have stayed longer! Claire and the boys x

Lovely apartment and close to old town centre. Only thing u should be aware of is that there r lots of steps and apartments built on a hill so u need to be very mobile or allow budget to get taxi which costs approx 5 euro one way.

Beautiful well equipped apartment with lovely view over the pool. Exactly as pictures. Amazing location, not noisy yet a stones throw from old town. Teresa was so helpful to deal with. Would highly recommend

“All aspects fab!”
What a perfect apartment in a brilliant location. Everything was great start to finish - Teresa, the owner answered all my queries super fast and was very helpful. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, was perfect for us as a family of four (with two small children). Yes, the walk down the steps is brutal with a buggy, but it’s so close to the Old Town you couldn’t possibly complain. Walking ‘normally’ without a buggy you could easily be in the square of the Old Town in five minutes. Absolutely loved our stay, highly recommend Teresa and her apartment. Will hopefully get to return at some point! Albufeira Old Town is also just a fab place to stay with young family - everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

This is our second visit to the lovely Cerro Mar, we we're meet with key on arrival,and and if needed shown around with recommendations, Apartment has everything you need, spacious clean and fabulous balcony to chill on Not a long walk to the lovely Old Town, great restaurants, Bravo, The Bank are amazing places to eat, Vegas Bar great music and atmosphere will definitely return.
