Description

The terrace is around 32 square metres and gives a fantastic view over Fisherman´s Beach, the sea, the whitwalled villas and hotels in the Old Town, and the harbour entrance to the Marina. It´s a private terrace (not shared). All the rooms have patio doors to the terrace even the kitchen, and both bedrooms as well as the lounge are airconditioned.The terrace, facing south/west, gets the sun from 1100 till sundown.

It was fully renovated recently and has all that is necessary for a comfortable stay, namely microwave, smart tv with 55 inch, electric hob 4 ring ceramic, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, crockery, cutlery, markers, towels and bedding, including sheets, duvets summer and winter, pillows, cot, etc.. And, of course, free wi fi and cable tv with more than 100 channels.

The apartment is ideal for up to 4 adults, 2 in each bedroom. It is also comfortable for 4 adults with one or two children under 12, with its large sofa bed in the living room. Please, if you are until 4 adults with 1 or 2 childrens under 12, book only adults number - 1 or 2 children under 12 will be very welcome without any extra charge.

Set in a gated and fenced condominium, with swimming pool and reception and concierge.

The apartment is very central. It is ideal for a vacation on the beach, in summer or winter, most likely with 100% sunny days and fair weather. It can also be the starting point for a great golf vacation or exciting vacation, with all equipment and leisure facilities very close, such as restaurants, bars, golf courses, water parks, nightclubs, etc.

This property is an "Alojamento Local" property license holder (number 29709/AL). This means that it is registered in the Town Hall (Albufeira) and in the Tourism Office (Turismo de Portugal), with all legal obligations and can legally be leased.

“Fabulous Apartment”

We are just back from two wonderful weeks in Albufeira, the apartment was very clean and provided an excellent base for our holiday. We were on the first floor, the building does not have a lift. The balcony was very large and we had an amazing view of Albufeira Old Town, the sounds of music and football revellers could be heard mostly at night but when the patio doors were shut nothing was heard. There are patio doors from both bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. There are two deck chairs to sit out on but these are very low to the ground making it hard to get in and out of. We had brunch out on the balcony every day. The kitchen has everything you need although there wasn’t a washing machine so had to wash clothes by hand. There is AC in all the rooms. The bath/ shower was quite high to get in and out of but there is a hand grip on the wall to assist you. White Bath towels and hand towels are provided but you need to bring your own pool/beach towel. The reception area is staffed Mon - Fri 9 am to 1pm, the lovely lady will need to take a copy of your passport on the first working morning after your arrival. We received all the info to gain entry to the building: & apartment in good time before the start of our holiday. We never used the pool area so cannot comment but it looked clean and plenty of sun beds. If you have a car then parking is quite difficult, not many spaces as the Clube de Monaco Apartments are down a residential street. The apartment is uphill from the old town, there are escalators to take you down to the beach, bars and restaurants at the bottom of the hill, there is quite a steep climb back up to the apartment. We used the bars and restaurants that were around the area of the Camara Municipal ( town hall) and towards the Watches Roundabout, most of the roundabouts have a theme. We enjoyed good meals at Adega do David, A Fragata, M&M and you can get fabulous cakes at the Riviera. The nearest supermarket was Spar but if you want to walk a little further there are local supermarkets Pingo Doce at the Watches roundabout and the Worms Roundabout. Lidl is a slightly longer walk if you so wish. There is another big supermarket just along from The Riviera in the Albufeira Terrace. There is a good bus service and tourist trains. Zoomarine is great family day out and about 17 minute drive away. We had a great time and would choose the same apartment again for our holiday. Highly recommended.

“Old town albufeira”

Excellent location with spectacular views only 5 minutes from the beach and old town, apartment has everything you need, spotlessly clean. Apartment has no lift but we were only 1 flight up. Lovely quite pool area very clean, would have been great if sunbeds were not white hard plastic ones. Only 1 negative I can say is double bed is like sleeping on a brick. But would definitely come back to the Monaco do Beach.

“Absolutely gorgeous”

The views from the balcony are absolutely amazing. We spent most of our time out on the balcony as it is such a lovely place. Apartment very well equipped especially the kitchen. Had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute. The location is ideal for the beach, restaurants and bars. I would love to return
