Description

This spacious air conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with sea views is perfect for a family or group getaway close to the old town of Albufeira and just 500 metres to the beach.

This small complex of just 18 apartments has a private entrance for residents only and a shared pool, and underground garage. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the lively town of Albufeira, with its abundance of shops, bars, restaurants and beaches, but there are welcoming bars and restaurants very close by, so there is not even need to venture into town every night.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedded room, plus full bathroom. .The living/dining room has amazing sea views, TV, DVD player and is well furnished . There are patio doors to the terrace. The kitchen shares the living room's amazing sea views and is fully fitted with all mod cons such as Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, and Washing machine, making it also suitable for a long winter stay as well as a summer holiday. An iron and ironing board, plus clothes dryer, are also provided.

The spacious private terrace has outdoor dining table, enabling you to make the most of stunning sea views.The apartments large communal swimming pool is surrounded by a large terrace. Complimentary sunbeds and umbrellas are provided - a great place for relaxing!The nearest sandy beach is just a 500 metres stroll, and the vast array of shops, stylish boutiques, bars and restaurants of the Old Town are within a few minutes walking distance.

There is secure parking and lift access.

PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is in a peaceful closed condominium with several older generation occupants. We therefore do not accept any hen parties, stag parties or same-sex groups under the age of 45.

PLEASE NOTE - *All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity.

We don’t accept bookings of less than one month (28 nights) between 1st November and 23rd March. Throughout the year we are unable to accept bookings of less than 7 nights.

Baby equipment such as Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge.

We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.

Our friendly English speaking staff are on hand to welcome you, assist you when necessary and recommend places to visit. As a small family business we look after a few villas in the area. We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival, We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. We look after our guests and make sure that everything is in order in the villa. Baby equipment such as Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire. Our mobile phone number is available 24 hours a day during your stay for emergency calls.

“Lovely Apartment”

This is a lovely apartment. It is well equipped and spotless. Small balcony with great sea views. Short walk into the Old Town and Beach but very hilly. There is a small pool but we didn't use this as there was loads of old deflated inflatables lying everywhere.
