All fixtures and fittings are brand new and very high quality.full heating working in all rooms for cold winter nights .The lounge and bedroom have full air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge includes Samsung 40" LCD TV,DVD, I POD , leather corner sofa and dining table and chairs unlimited internet and cable tv with all your favorite chanels. The master bedroom has a double bed, and patio doors leading to the varanda overlooking the sea. The second bedroom has 2 single beds making the apartment ideal for families. , with a stunning view of the ocean and Albufeira coast line this top class property is perfectly placed for exploring both the old town and the beautiful beaches of albufeira only 5mn walk! car is not needed short walk of Albufeira marina , It is ideal for a vacation on the beach, in summer or winter, most likely with 100% sunny days and fair weather. It can also be the starting point for a great golf vacation or exciting vacation, with all equipment and leisure facilities very close, such as restaurants, bars, golf courses, water parks, nightclubs, etc,transfer from Faro airport to Albufeira can be arranged at a very competitive price just ask when you book.

“Lovely apartment”
Lovely apartment, in a quiet location in the Old Town. Very clean and modern, with everything you need. Quite a small balcony at the front, but, there's also one at the back, which is a bit of a sun-trap! Reinaldo was there to meet us, and showed us round, but was very quick about it, which we like!! We couldn't find a single fault with the apartment, and we would have no hesitation in recommending it!! Thanks Reinaldo

“Lovely Apartment”
We stayed at Reinaldo’s apartment during February half term. The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. We were a family of four & had plenty of room. Reinaldo is fabulous host, nothing is too much trouble & is at the end of the phone if you have any questions. We arranged transfers with Reinaldo which were fabulous and he even stopped for us to get some essentials as we arrived quite late. We will defiantly be returning. Albufeira was lovely this was our first visit, absolutely beautiful beach.

“Beautiful apartment in perfect location”
Just returned after 17 nights in this exceptional apartment, it really is a home from home, everything you could possibly need is provided. Really comfortable beds and spotlessly clean. Reinaldo was extremely helpful and was available if we needed help with anything. Air conditioning great although it's not in both bedrooms, however keeping shutters down during the day keeps apartment cool so the fan provided for 2nd bedroom was rarely used. Shower in main bathroom is excellent though my only VERY slight criticism is that 80litres of hot water is not really enough for 4 adults to shower, though we did manage with shorter showers. The location is excellent as it's 4 minute walk to elevator for beach and 6 minutes to Old Town Sq, the view from balcony at front is nice though the balcony is small and not suitable for table and chairs. I would highly recommend this apartment and cant wait to return

“Old Town Albufeira”
We have just returned from three weeks in Albufeira staying in the centre of the old town. Reinaldo the proprietor met us at the airport and took us to a very modern fully equipped two bedroom apartment. All towels and bedding were provided and the modern kitchen provided a vast array of utensils. There was a large television providing Sky coverage, plus DVD’s and books. With balconies back and front it provided everything you could wish for in accommodation. With the charm of the old town on the doorstep it was an ideal location.
