Description
This 1 bedroom duplex apartment is one of the 5 apartment in our family owned apartment complex. Our family has 40 years experience of renting apartments for tourists from all over the word. From father to son the main goal of our business is to provide you a comfortable, memorable holiday where you feel honoured under our hospitality.
The apartment complex is located in the heart of Albufeira just 7/8 minute walk from the well know Fisherman beach, and Albufeira Old Town often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, the apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.
The 5 apartments are sharing a 10mx5m long and 2.1 m deep swimming pool with a small one perfect for the children. The complex also has a washing machine room with irons, ironing boards and clothes baskets.
Leading from the living room is a balcony with view to the swimming pool, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one twin bedroom with also has an extra convertible bed and a double sofa bed in the living room the apartment is ideal for families up to 5 person.

LOUNGE
Lounge,with 1 double sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs, flat screen LCD television, windows over looking the pool and patio doors to balcony.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units and window.
SLEEPING
The sleeping arrangements provided are 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and 1 convertible bed, plus a double sofa bed in the lounge.
ENTERTAINMENT
The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television which receives several english TV channels, DVD player is available upon request. Internet Access WiFi (free).
BATHROOM
The bathroom has bath with overhead shower, wc, bidet, sink, shaving/hairdryer sockets, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has 2 twin beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp, full length mirror, patio doors to balcony, security safe. And convertible bed for extra sleeping.
BALCONY
4 chairs, 1 table and clothes airer.
POOL
Sunbeds along the pool with sun umbrellas. Open shower.

Rental weeks: From Saturday to Saturday. Short stays allowed from 3 days. All charges-included. Down payment / Deposit of 30% requested for reservation, the 70% remaining (final balance) is paid on check in. Discount depending on length of stay. Key pick up with owner. Price depending on the number of persons. Refundable Security deposit of 150€ requested and is payable with the final balance, and if there are no breakages or damage will be returned to you on the last day of your holidays . Supplement for heating and cooling maybe requested, depending on the season. Prices may vary on special holidays like Christmas and Easter.
Check In - from 16.00 / Check Out - Up to 11:00
Specific changes to the schedule of Check In / Out are to combine.
Payments by bank transfer or paypal accepted in GBP and Euros.
We also welcome last minute bookings if the apartment is available so please do not hesitate to contact us.
