A great ground floor apartment with excellent sun exposure & just at the poolside in a 22 apartment gated condominium with gardens, BBQ and closed garage. A great restaurant area just across the street and at walking distance to "the strip" with their famous restaurants & bars.
You may also walk to the supermarket - ALDI (1000m) or to the beach (2500m) and you will find lots of activities nearby.
With more than 300 days of sun and 26 Blue Flag Beaches (2022), just at Albufeira, this is the perfect place for people of all ages: families with children, hikers, nature lovers or long stay guests.
Note: that if you are family with more than 2 children, the extra value for more than 4 guests is not applied. To have an idea of the final price just put 4 and specify how is your family group.

Our condominium is a tiny familiar place where the rules of silence - 22 to 8 - should be respected as other commun sense rules.
So as you may understand noisy parties aren't allowed.
About the smoking, there are a terrace where you may smoke with out a problem.
Check-in and check-out timings can be different, please check with us.
It's always possible to leave the bags before or after.

Relativamente aos mercados de abastecimentos há alguns, não muito próximos, por exemplo do Intermarché a 1km ao Lidl a quase 3 km. Entre os pequenos mercados de rua, o mais próximo é o Euro Stock a 500 m (para casos de urgência por vezes encontramos quase tudo). Teremos todo o gosto em receber-vos sempre que queiram/possam voltar!
