Description

Balaia Golf Village near Albufeira, is in the centre of the Algarve on the coast between Olhos d'Agua & Albufeira. Facilities include 6 swimming pools, restaurant, health club, gym, tennis courts and 24 hour reception with internet cafe.

This 2 bedroom air-conditioned apartment is furnished to a very high standard, with very spacious living/dining room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The living room has TV with BBC, Channel 5, Sky and Sky sports, German, French and Portuguese channels. There is also a DVD/CD player available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine & dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric juicer and coffee percolator. There are terraces to the front & rear of the apartment. A safe deposit box is also available (payable at reception.).


The apartment is close to all the facilities of the village including swimming pools, restaurant, health club, gym, tennis courts and 24 hour reception with internet cafe.

The Balaia resort has 6 outdoor swimming pools (1 heated), 4 tennis courts, Gym (including steam room, jacuzzi and indoor pool). On site, well stocked supermarket, 2 mins from apartment. Superb 9 hole, par three golf course with Club House and driving range. Full restaurant with snack bars beside main pools. During the high season there is a fully supervised toddlers / kiddies activities club available.

Two excellent beaches are within walking distance (500mtrs). Balaia is also within easy reach of several golf courses on the Algarve including Vilamoura, & Pine Cliffs. Balaia Golf Village is an ideal location for a family or golfing holiday.


The resort is less than 30 minutes drive from Faro airport and offers easy access to all of the Algarve's facilities, it is quiet and peaceful with outstanding facilities on site and with attractive beaches and night life nearby. The Old Town of Albufeira is 10 mins away by Taxi (6/7 Euro).

Our rates include maid service with linen and towel changes once a week. Welcome food pack can be arranged if required.

24 hour reception with telephone and fax facilities available. Tickets for golf courses, water parks and other facilities on the Algarve are available at the reception. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged with Balaia.

“Great accommodation on great resort”

This is our second time at Balaia golf village, it’s a lovely resort with great amenities, perfect for families. This apartment is very nice and in a great location being close to pools, reception and shop.
