Albufeira: Family friendly, comfortable holiday apartment, 2 storey building renovated in 2013 set in a sunny position.

This air-conditioned apartment has an additional two sofa beds in the lounge making it suitable for 6 people to sleep; one bedroom has a double bed the other has bunk beds.

The new kitchen consists of an oven and stove, microwave and fridge and is fully equipped. There is a washing machine located in the bathroom.

The terrace is south facing, ideal to eat and relax. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and 2 swimming pools (April-October) this is a very peaceful area to enjoy the Algarve warm climate.

Free public parking spaces just outside the building, with a bakery, cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all within 100mt from the entrance. This is an ideal, sociable location with everything you need close by while at the same time, being away from the busy night life area in the “Strip” 10 minute walk away.

Ideally situated for walking to a variety of sandy beaches including praias dos Aveiros, S Joao e Oura, and only 1km away from the Albufeira “Old Town”
Albufeira marina 2 km, golf courses 3 km, riding stables 3 km, bus stop 100mt, rail way station 1km, Algarve shopping centre 7km .

Nearby attractions: Vilamoura 20 km, Portimão 40 km, Silves 30 km, Faro 30 km, Lisbon 250 km, Seville (Spain) 275 km.

“Perfect break for the family”

Great apartment with the necessary requirements for a family based self catering break. Lovely balcony and all mod cons. On site swimming pool is fantastic and both small kids and bigger ones are catered for! Location is ideal for local supermarket and bakery and a handful of neighbourhood restaurants. 10-15 minutes walk to at least three stunning beaches. All in all a great trip, highly recommended!
