OLDTOWN BEACH APARTMENT can accommodate up to 4 adults + 1 more person with 25€ extra charge/night.

2 bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms.

The first bedroom has a king size bed and the second one a Queen bed, an extra bed for baby.

Sofa in living room 140 X 2m.

There is plenty of storage space in both bedrooms. The mattresses are new, comfortable and of high quality.

OLDTOWN BEACH APARTMENT is located on the 1st floor of a small CALM Residence in the HISTORICAL CENTER of ALBUFEIRA.

3 MINUTES walking to go

EVERYWHERE:

Beach, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, museum, night life, disco bars and animations.

A secure private FREE GARAGE is available under the residence with direct access to the apartment.

OLDTOWN BEACH APARTMENT is spacious, bright, very clean, air-conditioned and very well equipped.

There is an entrance area with shoes storage and a full mirror.

You have a full equiped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, dishwasher, boiler, pans, a new Nespresso coffee machine at your disposal.

The kitchen has access to a small balcony.

The living room is spacious and comfortable with dining area.

OLDTOWN BEACH APARTMENT is classified 92/100 at "WALKERS PARADISE", everything is located close to the apartment.

The apartment has NATURAL STONE HEATERS very effective in winter.

It also has air conditioning in bedrooms and lounge.

The windows are equipped with double glazing and the entrance door is equipped with a 5-point security lock.

Beautiful side OCEAN VIEW from French doors of the living / dining room and from the King size SUITE, there is a mirador at 50 meters to admire the sunset over the ocean.

Marina is 5 minutes by car and 15 minutes by car from the hotel.

Getting around

The main bus station is at around 500m walking, there is bus to go to all big cities of Portugal and Spain. Several bus stops steps away from the apartment and give great access to the airport, to the shopping center of Guia (15 mn by car). The train station is in Albufeira Ferreiras around 10mn by car, 8 to 10€ with a taxi.

“Excellent location”

Great flat in central yet quiet location. Easy for access to shops, restaurants & beaches. Clean & modern. The only drawback is the lack of outside space.
