Description
A delightful modern 2 bedroom apartment within walking distance to São Rafael beach and the shared swimming pool of the condominium. The apartment is very spacious and bright, south facing with great sea views from the terrace and from the master bedroom The living/ dining room is very pleasant, and it is very nice furnished with patio doors leading out onto beautiful gardens and an outside covered terrace where you can enjoy a great sea view . The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs enable to dine al fresco. It is very quite and peaceful.The apartment is on one level only so is ideal for younger children.
The kitchen has recently been modernized and it is very well equipped. The bathroom is large and modern. It is an ideal holiday home for two couples or a small family.

“Perfect place for a wonderful holiday”
We have been going to Sao Rafael for years, and Helena's apartment truly makes it a home away from home. With beautiful views it is easy to settle in. My only grumble is one of the people that supervises the pool was quite unfriendly. My children are 6 and 4 and aren't yet confident swimmers so we had very very small rings for them to float in to keep them safe, which we were advised the 6 year old was too big to use in the pool as he should be swimming. The majority of the pool is extremely deep so not even an adult can stand up in it. Apparently only those aged 3 and under can use the smaller pool. Due to the deepness of the pool and children not being able to stand up in the majority of it, I don't feel like they should be told they can't use items to keep them safe in the water, especially when the pool isn't that busy. Luckily the apartment is only a short walk to the beaches, so we spent less time at the pool and more time at the beach because of the issues above. We would definitely return to Helena's apartment again but avoid the pool area which is a shame.

“This is a great family-friendly condo”
the Condo was perfect. The location wonderful. we had a memorable 4 Day stay. The beach was a short walk, or you could drive down to the beach parking lot. would definitely book again.

“Great location!”
The apartment is in a great location right in the middle of Algarve fab if you want to explore this beautiful region. Scenic beach is only 5-10 min walk but we went on different beaches pretty much every day ( many within 10 min drive). The apartment itself is very well equipped and clean with amazing sea views. The communal swimming pool is fantastic for both adults and little children, whether you want a swim, jump or just keep cool. Carla was extremely nice, helpful and prompt with providing us with the advice. Thank you so much for your hospitality Carla and Helena. We had an amazing holidays!
