Description
I have for rent a lovely flat for holidays for 4 persons with 2 bedrooms and living room , kitchen, 1 bathroom and a balcony . from the balcony you have a front view to the swimming pool and garden and there are a table with chairs. there is a jacuzi in the pool.
the apartment is in the 1º floor without lift.
the linen and towels are available
the cleaning is not available during the stay..
You can reach the beach by foot .
Close to the lively and famous strip, the long street which runs from Montechoro to praia da Oura, with numerous bars, restaurants and night life. and a 900m from the beach.The apartment is located in Santa Eulalia, near Oura two minutes walk from the famous strip, where most of the bars, clubs and nightlife., And 900 meters from Oura beach.
Pets are not aaccepted.
Groups are not accepted. Only famillys.

A Turistic Taxe are required from Mai 2024 by City Council.

In the winter it is a very peaceful town, where you can enjoy the good climate of the Algarve almost always sunny and very mild temperatures at the sea.side

The Algarve is one of the best places in Europe to practice golf.
there are several golf courses nearby.
It is a very central location with supermarkets, fresh fish market, pharmacy, banks, restaurants, shopping centers, cinema, etc..
It is not necessary to have car, the city bus stop is two minutes from the apartment.
If you want to get out of Albufeira to know the typical villages and towns of the Algarve you have many excursions available.

Albufeira is in the heart of the Algarve and is only a 30 minute drive to the airport at Faro and 30 minutes to the marina at Vilamoura.
Both the marinas at Albufeira and Vilamoura are ideal places for a coffee or special meal while watching the activity in the water! There are plenty of boat trips and water activities to pursue including jet skiing and dolphin watching.
The water parks such as Aquashow and Aqualand, Slide and Splash and the educational Zoomarine with dolphins, sharks, seals and tropical fish are ideal places to take the children.
The many golf courses within a 15 mins drive from Albufeira include Vila Sol, Pinhal, Salgados, Vilamoura Academy, Sheraton Pine Cliffs, Victoria, Quinta De Lago, Vale De Lobo
For those who want to aventure on a day trip, Lisbon, Fatima and Seville are two hours away on the motorway!
All low cost airlines fly to faro.
