Description

Three bedrooms means you have plenty of room for family or friends . Bedrooms can be made up to two single beds or one double bed . New double glazed window units( fitted November 2022) in all first floor bedrooms means you can relax and have a good nights sleep. Two lush wet rooms. Living space with comfy seating,dining table & chairs so after a relaxing beach day you can enjoy family meals inside. A Flat screen smart TV.

Air conditioning in living room (please note air conditioning in living space only not in bedrooms, ceiling fans present in all bedrooms)

Wireless Internet to tell everyone that could not come what a wicked time your having!

Dining in can only mean you decided to try out your culinary skills with the outside BBQ & fully equipped kitchen. Large fridge/freezer and dishwasher!

Sail shade on balcony with additional table & chairs for alfresco dining

All bedrooms and living space have silent Hunter ceiling fans!

This accomodation offers you a beach holiday and the enjoyment of the night life that surrounds you.

Beds can be either 2x singles in each room or any room canbe made up into a comfy king bed.

Stair gates are fitted on all stairs

1 x Travel cot /linen & high chair can be supplied f.o.c - details on booking form along with bed options.

Response from the owner Thank you very much for taking the time to write a lovely review , we certainly have noticed ourselves that the ‘Old town’ albuferia has become more lively and music does go on later … so much so my husband and me often sit up it bed in the night and sing karaoke! One consolation I now know all the words to ‘purple rain , purple rain’ ! The good news is my husband is a carpenter and will stay over in November and will be fitting new double glazing to all bottom bedrooms so this should definitely help with the noise … we are glad you enjoyed the location and of course had time to relax jane
