Description
This is a Premium Villa in a perfect location in Albufeira. Close to the famous "Strip" and Oura beach, but still in a quiet area. The Villas resembles an old palace with its facade.Very spacious, with garden, garage and swimmingpool. When you enter the main entrance, you have a hall that provices access to all the divisions. On the left, a comfortable lounge with fireplace and access to a covered terrace, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with quality granite topped units that gives access to the private swimming pool, one of the ensuite bedroom (1 of 4) is also in the ground floor. In the first floor you have three ensuite bedroooms. In total the Villa has four bedrooms ensuite (with private WC) each and an extra WC in the ground floor. Has a Satellite Tv with Sky receiver for watching your favourite ITV and BBC channels. Please bring your own Sky cards if you like to watch Sky Sports, Sky Movies and many other codified programs.
The first floor has 3 ensuite bedrooms, which one enjoys different views, one is facing south with distant sea view, another with view over the local area and finally the last with view over the pool.
At the back of the property you have a private swimming pool for adult and a barbecue and garden with great privacy and perfect for sunbathing. Pool furniture like sunloungers, table and chairs for eating "al fresco".
There is a spacious garage for your car. The house is very cosy and pleasant place for stay in your holiday, suitable for all ages. The Hosts live in Albufeira and are ready to assist you in any detail to help you enjoy your vacations. Welcome package provided upon request.
