Villa Malpique, private pool, fully equipped. Ideally located, walking distance everywhere, bars, beach, supermarket... Big terrace facing to the south over looking the old town, nice pool fully renovated at the back of the house with sun loungers.

“Great Villa”
Great Villa lovely and clean. Jorge there when we arrived and easy check in. The pool area lovely with sun all day long. Kitchen could do with an upgrade with more modern feel and more sockets. Otherwise another great stay in Portugal.

“Lovely stay”
The place was immaculately clean on arrival. Gorgeous terrace with great view on old town, harbour entry and sea. Not suitable for people with difficulties walking although cabs are easily available and inexpensive (3.50 - 4 Euros to the old town or Marina). Good Wi-Fi. Close to 2 large supermarkets but quite hilly to get there and pavement not pedestrian friendly. Swimming pool is lovely and well kept although a bit fresh at this time of the season (mid October) as it only gets the morning sun. Areas for improvement: the hardstone twisty staircase leading to the apartment is unsafe unless a handrail Is installed or the wall on the side raised 10 to 15 inches. TV system (we had a couple of rainy days) is ancient and needs upgrading. Mini HiFi had only one speaker working. Kitchen fit for purpose but a bit dated. Check the integrity of the plastic chairs on the terrace; two were broken and we had twice people falling on their back on the tiled terrace. Jorge very helpful and always one phone call away. An excellent family home for a lovely stay.

“Great Villa”
We were 2 families of 4 and the villa was perfect. We enjoyed using the outside space - BBQs on the terrace as well as the lovely pool. The location of the villa is excellent - just a short walk to the old town, beach and supermarkets. We had a lovely holiday and would certainly recommend this villa as a great place to stay. As mentioned in a previous review - make sure the taxi driver has the correct address as we were also dropped off about a 10 minute walk away.

“Great Villa in Great location”
A really good villa in ideal location which is only 10mins walk to Old Town,beach & shops (Aldi & Lidl).There were 5 in our group & there was plenty of room for everyone both inside & out.Pool is great & very private.Jorge was very helpful throughout.Would definitely recommend.

“Fabulous Villa”
Booked this villa last year for myself and 6 other friends, loved it so much that we came back again, the villa is situated beautifully, stunning views, peaceful but not too far away from everything, cannot fault it and would definitely return and would recommend anyone to say there, hopefully back again soon.
