Description
Located in the old town with beautiful views from all around the house.
The house have 3 bedrooms, all ensuites, decorated in a beautiful and charming way. All the rooms have AC.
The huge living room with windows all over, sea view. have a magnific confort, AC, WIFI (Fiber Otic up to 500Mbps), Satelite TV.
The kitchen, decorated in a white and clean way with morrocan handmade tiles, with a dinning room for 6 people.
On the terrace you will have available, a perfect cosi dinning/chill out area, with 3 sun loungers. A beautiful swimming pool (heated at a cost) being able to enjoy all the views from the old town (fishermen's beach) and the coastline. Have Electric BBQ and toilet.
Villa not suitable for children under 7 years old due to danger with steps, pool and glasses.

“Wonderful Time staying in Casa da Bandeira Albufeira”
From time of booking to the end of our holiday we received a friendly professional service by Sandra and Marita. The villa is in a great location, above the beach, with escalators nearby to take us down to the beach, shops and restaurants. Tuktuks and a land train stop nearby which are a great way to get around. 3 times a week villa had maid service, changing towels, bedding and cleaning throughout. A starter box containing milk, juice, water, crisps etc awaited us along with a bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket and 6 glasses! A lovely touch. We had a well priced taxi service organised by Marita to collect us from the airport and take us back on our departure day. The villa is bigger than we had imagined. Plenty of room for us all. Sea views from the living area and 2 of the bedrooms. The decor is so tasteful. Each of the 3 bedrooms had en suite shower room with toiletries provided. There is another house toilet and then a further toilet and shower on the roof where the pool is. Very handy. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we could think of. The roof top was a great space for relaxing, dining, swimming and sunbathing.(Only thought we had as a suggestion would be if there could be a small fridge or large cool box for the pool area to keep drinks chilled up there but this is in no way a criticism!). Not too far from large supermarkets and there are local stores nearby. We had a really great time and would love to go back again. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone wanting to stay in Albufeira.

The layout of the top terrace is our decision and I believe the photos of the villa shows "what you see is what you get". The hairdryer was never asked during your stay, but since you mentioned we though, yes the guests are right and at this moment we have at least 2 hairdryers. Concerning the words mentioned by my staff, Marita, I think some confusion in her explanation or your understanding. Marita said that normally the guest love sun and no one have asked before for another parasol. Most of our guest spends most of the day in that beautiful and sunny top terrace. “Luxury villa”
Fantastic villa in a beautiful location,could not ask for anything else.The pool terrace was amazing along with the views of the beach,the sea and the restaurants.Marita had all the answers to our questions and she organised the taxi from and to the airport and also a day out at one of the water parks she and her team of cleaners were invaluable.The facade of the villa hides the fact of how large it is when you enter,and when you leave you can catch many people admiring the villa.
